If you do not have a broker or your broker does not have an affiliation with GEM, you may contact us directly and we may provide you with selective contact details of GEM participating brokers in your grower area. You can also ask you broker to contact GEM to become a participating broker.

Greeneye Markets Pty Ltd (GEM) respects your privacy
We recognise and are committed to addressing your right to privacy. Accordingly, we have implemented a Privacy policy describing how we keep your information secure and in what manner we use the personal information that you provide us, whether that be gathered in writing via agreement, on-line or over the phone.
What information do we collect?
When you deal with us, we collect personal information about you. GEM collects information that enables it to carry out its role of buying or selling Greeneye Water and associated products with you, the delivery of water between GEM and yourself, and the transfer of funds, as required, between GEM and you. GEM will endeavour to only collect such information that is necessary for the stated purpose for which the information is collected. The types of personal information that we collect is that which is detailed in the GEM Broker Client Deed. This personal information we collect and maintain generally comprises name, address, contact details (including phone, fax and e-mail), nominated water broker, water account and applicable trading zone and banking details. We collect trading usage statistics as a matter of course.
This information is needed in order for GEM to provide our clients and there brokers with our products and services.
Use of personal information
If you are a client, the personal information we collect about you is used for the purposes of creating an account for you with GEM, to allow you to trade Greeneye Water and its associated products, to allow you to send and receive water allocation as and when required, and to manage and maintain your account with us.
If we do not collect this information from you we will not be able to provide you with our products and services.
We may use the information you provide us with for our own internal statistical and analytical purposes, to evaluate and profile our clients including customer preferences which we may use for marketing purposes and in respect of operations and development. However, we have undertaken with our brokers not to make direct contact with you (in generally all circumstances) so such information will be used in respect of operations and marketing to you via your nominated water broker.
GEM will make direct contact with you (after first contacting your water broker) either directly or via our lawyers, bankers and/or advisors in the case where there is a call for money that is not met within agreed settlement times.
We protect your personal information
We store your personal information in different ways, including both paper and electronic. GEM has several procedures in place to maintain the security of your information.
All personal information entered onto our dealing platform and back office systems is collected is not accessible by you or any staff of GEM unless such designated staff require it for purposes of carrying out their duties and only then is your information available with access via user name and password protection mechanisms.
Personal information that is kept in paper copy is placed in filing cabinets, and stored under lock and key. Access to this information is made available to designated staff as considered necessary to carry out their duties.
Keeping accurate records
We endeavour to keep updated information and records about your personal information. To the extent your details change we ask that you provide your water broker with such details so that they can provide this to us so we can ensure that the information we have in our records is still correct.
Legal Disclaimer
Although we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our dealing platform.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may change the terms of this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect our practices and provide greater protection for your information. Any change to this policy will be clearly displayed on our website at www.greeneye.com.au/XX . Any changes to this policy will not have retrospective effect. Information collected by us will be dealt in accordance with the provisions of our policy which were in effect at the time of collection.
Business Transfers
The information that is collected by GEM is considered to be an asset. In the event that GEM, any affiliated company, division or portions of its assets are acquired by another company, such information may be one of the transferred assets. We will take reasonable steps to place a notification of such a transfer on our website.
Acceptance of Terms
By opening an account, accessing the dealing platform and trading with us, you are consenting to the practices relating to information collection and use that are described in this policy.

We may provide access to other web sites through links included on our web site or dealing platform. Be aware when you access these web sites, that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We suggest that you review the privacy policies of each site you visit.
